How can app users check in if they missed the check in request prompt?

If app users miss the check-in notification, the next time they open the app the user will be asked to check-in as well as a permanent banner notification

Will I receive a check-in when i I am not at work?

Yes, if your device is on and active within the last 24 hours. IN order to not receive check-in request, you will need to turn off the inReach device, and disable tracking in your EVERYWHERE app

How do i respond to a check-in from the inreach device?

1. Reply with Y = "I'm OK"
   
2. Reply with N = "I need Help"

What happens if the man/woman is down and a check-in is pinging the device? 

The check-in will continue to ring until answered 
After the check-in window is missed, automatic notifications will be sent to everyone on the missed check-in multi-channel notification lsit

Why are devices showing up on the inactive list for scheduled check-ins?

If "include all devices" was not toggled on, the devices that are listed as "inactive" have not registered an active track point or message more than 24 hours ahead of their scheduled check-in.
