The EVERYWHERE inReach® by Garmin are small, compact satellite communicators, when combined with EVERYWHERE’s purpose-built enterprise software and intelligent routing, enable organizations to track and communicate with their teams deployed around the globe. The Mini, measuring just under 4 inches tall by 2 inches wide, and weighing 3.5 ounces, the inReach Mini is the perfect addition to teams that require connectivity when out of cellular coverage. |

Team hierarchy to visualize teams and team activity, including custom bread trails. Team configuration to standardize team notifications, emergency management, and inReach Quick Messages and Preset Messages. When any team member declares SOS, crosses a geofence boundary, or requests help during Pulse check-in, users will receive a notification in the EVERYWHERE Mobile App, inReach, as well as via SMS, email and automated voice call. When you need to know the health and welfare of your team anywhere in the world, Pulse them. This feature lets you know who on your team is safe, who isn’t and who hasn’t responded, allowing you to focus your attention to those in need of assistance. EVERYWHERE’s industry leading Intelligent Routing allows your team to stay seamlessly connected while moving in and out of cellular service. With intelligent routing, your workers are reachable everywhere, whether they are beyond cellular or inside the office. Draw geofence boundaries and receive real-time alerts when team members enter or exit. Direct application of this feature includes geofence boundaries around supply drop-off locations. Use the EVERYWHERE App to take pictures, record short videos and voice annotations that are geolocated and time stamped. Send a photo of shelter damage to your Incident Management team with the map annotation. Provides insight to management as to where your resources are spending their time. The more track points collected within a given area, the brighter the color on the heatmap. This can also help to identify if a field person is working outside of their assigned area. |
Onboarding as a Service
Onboarding as a Service provides the customer with a team of people who will help them to configure devices, as well as to set up the various teams that the devices are assigned to. This includes identifying and defining the optimal team structure, as well defining both preset and quick messages on InReach devices and performing the USB sync process to configure each device.
EVERYWHERE offers three tiers of onboarding – Team, Team Plus and Enterprise.

Cenovus Energy will need to select a Software Subscription Plan for each device. Based on our initial discussion, we believe Cenovus Energy falls between our Unlimited and Unlimited+, so this provides your options. You may opt for any mix of plans you wish.

Optional Extended Warranty
All new devices purchased from EVERYWHERE come with a standard 12-month warranty. Protect your new inReaches from accidental damage with an extended warranty. EVERYWHERE will repair or replace any covered device damaged during normal use.
