How can app users check in if they missed the check in request prompt?
If app users miss the check-in notification, the next time they open the app the user will be asked to check-in as well as a permanent banner notification
Will i receive a check-in when i am not at work?
Yes, if your device is on and active within the last 24 hours. In order to not receive check-in request, you will need to turn off the inReach device, and disable tracking in your EVERYWHERE app
how can i respond to a check-in from the inreach device?
- Reply with Y= "I'm OK"
- Reply with N = "I need Help"
what happens if the man/woman is down and a check-in is pinging the device?
The check-in will continue to ring until answered

Why are devices showing up on the inactive list for scheduled check-ins?
If "include all devices" was not toggled on, the devices that are listed as "inactive" have not registered an active track point or message more than 24 hours ahead of their scheduled check-in.

On the check-ins dashboard, in the search bar, type in your hub username

On the check-ins dashboard, toggle on recurring check-ins and type your device alias in the search bar.
How can i cancel/stop a recurring check-in?
Toggle on recurring check-ins on the dashboard. Open up check-in and select delete or closed. This will stop the recurring check-in.
What does the resent check-in button do for a recurrign check-in?
Your recurring (original) check-in will continue. The resend will create a new check-in, copying all configuration of the original except recurrence. This enables you to create ad-hoc check-ins.
how do i configure multi-channel notificatons for check-ins?
Select the team folders or individual devices and add emails or SMS numbers for "Need Help" and "Missed Check-in" notifications.
Why do geotargeted check-ins not display inactive devices on the check-in dashboard?
This type of check-in dynamically updates based on active users within a specified geofence, as opposed to team check-ins which check-in with a static team/sub-team.
