How to enroll in SSO?
2. EVERYWHERE Customer Success provides SP Application form and unique Login URL
3. Complete application form
4. EVERYWHERE Customer Success sends SSO Enrollment confirmation once complete
5. Test SSO and confirm functionality
What emails are eligible for SSO?
Email address must be the same as company domain and exist in the EVERYWHERE Hub (can have multiple email domains)
What happens if you log-in with the old EVERYWHERE hub URL?
It will fail and the user will become disabled. Once disabled, you will need to contact customer support to re-enable.
is sso implemented as IDP initiated, SP initiated, or both?
Will the existing users be mapped with their emails as the identifier? How will new users be added?
EVERYWHERE Customer Success will add existing users, and will add new Hub account per usual process. Then the IT Admin will need to provide permission to the new user within their IDP
