Where is My Device Information?

Step 1: Find your IMEI and Authorization Code

To find your device IMEI and authorization code for:

Select Settings > About This Device

To find your device IMEI and authorization code for:

inReach Mini

Main Menu > Setup > About This Device

Step 2: Find your device serial number

For all models, the Serial Number is a 9-character (two letters, 7 numbers) combination that can be found on the back of your inReach.

How Do I Factory Reset My inReach Device?

Step 1: Factory Reset Your Device

Main Menu > Settings > Recovery Options > Restore Factory Settings

To reset your:

Main Menu > Setup > Recovery Options> Restore Defaults

Step 2: Place the Device Outside

Place your device outside with a clear view of the sky for 30 minutes to ensure satellite connection.

Step 3: You are ready to go!
